**Terms and Conditions for Reiki and Sound Healing Services**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing or using the services provided by Big Wave Sound Therapy,  hereinafter referred to as "the Company," you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Company's services.

**2. Services Offered**

The Company provides Reiki and Sound Healing services for individuals seeking holistic well-being. These services are intended for relaxation and stress reduction. The Company does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

**3. Confidentiality**

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. The Company will not disclose any client information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

**4. Consent for Services**

Clients must provide accurate and honest information about their health and well-being. By using the services, clients confirm that they are physically and mentally able to participate in Reiki and Sound Healing sessions.

**5. Payments and Refunds**

Payment for services is due in full at the time of booking or when services are preformed. The Company reserves the right to modify prices at its discretion. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

**6. Cancellations and Rescheduling**

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

**7. Code of Conduct**

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and courteously during sessions. The Company reserves the right to terminate a session if a client's behavior is inappropriate or disruptive, with no refund provided.

**8. Limitation of Liability**

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of its services. Clients assume all risks associated with participating in Reiki and Sound Healing sessions.

**9. Disclaimer**

Reiki and Sound Healing are complementary therapies and not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult with qualified healthcare professionals for any medical concerns.

**10. Governing Law**

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Indiana. Any disputes arising from the use of the Company's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indiana.

By using the services provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
